AMT, Inc. Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. We want
you to be completely satisfied with our products. Any stock item can
be returned within 30 days for full credit as long as it has not been
used. In order to issue credit, we require the AMT invoice number or the original purchase order number from which the product was ordered, as well as a Return Authorization. Please call our toll free number for a Return Authorization (RMA)
or e-mail us at email@example.com. RMA numbers can also be obtained
through the Customer Service link on our website.
**Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on labor required for restocking or repackaging.**
Please return all products with original manufacturer boxes, packing
materials, accessories and any other documentation included with the

- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- We cannot accept collect or C.O.D. shipments.
- Special order items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to, custom length rolls of curtain, cable, egg belt, etc.
- Any used, rusted, or dirty products cannot be returned
Product Damage/Shortage of Product
If you receive products with visible
shipping damage or if part of your order is missing completely, please refuse the products upon original delivery from
shipping carrier. If damaged or a shipment with missing product is accepted from the carrier,
such damage or shortage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. The driver
should initial all notations of damage. Please save the product with
the original box and packaging. Notify us immediately to arrange for
a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please call
our toll free number within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged or missing items. Timely
receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim.
Many of our products are covered by warranties
from various manufacturers. If you receive a defective item, please
call our toll free number. We will furnish a RMA number and have the
defective product picked up. After inspection of the returned item,
a replacement will be shipped at our expense or a credit will be issued to the customer account.
